Pelvic Pain Specialist: Tayyaba Ahmed DO Dr. Tayyaba Ahmed, DO is a board‑certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician, menopause-certified, and expert pelvic pain specialist based in New York City and Long Island. She focuses on female pelvic health, including menstrual pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, endometriosis-related dysmenorrhea, and other menstruation-associated pelvic conditions that are often underdiagnosed or misattributed. Dr. Ahmed completed her medical training at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and residencies at Northwell Health and NYU Langone’s RUSK Institute for Rehabilitation. She is a fellow of the Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and a member of the International Pelvic Pain Society, bringing a holistic, body-wide perspective to menstrual- and menopause-related pelvic health. Her practice emphasizes identifying pelvic floor dysfunction and other subtle contributors to painful periods, heavy bleeding, and cyclical pelvic symptoms, rather than just treating symptoms. She partners with pelvic floor therapists and gynecology specialists to create integrated, evidence-based care plans. As a compassionate physician and Muslim woman, she supports girls and women through puberty, menstrual pain, fertility concerns, and menopause with cultural sensitivity, dignity, and faith-affirming care, creating a trusted space to learn about one’s body and health.
Co-Founder / Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator: Ayla Ahmed Ayla Ahmed is a dedicated Wheatley High School student with a strong passion for public health, women’s health, Islam, and marketing. She is an A student who takes pride in her academic excellence and commitment to learning. Beyond the classroom, Ayla volunteers at her local Sunday school, where she enjoys working with children and giving back to her community. She is also a member of the track team, balancing her athletic pursuits with her academic responsibilities. At home, Ayla loves babysitting her younger siblings, an experience that has strengthened her sense of responsibility, patience, and care. Through her academics, volunteer work, athletics, and family life, Ayla strives to grow as a well-rounded individual dedicated to service, leadership, and personal growth.
Co-Founder / Digital Communication Specialist: Rania Chaudhry Rania Chaudhry is a freshman at Lightridge High School with a wide range of interests that reflect her curiosity, energy, and love for learning. She has a strong enthusiasm for running and enjoys staying active, whether through sports or personal fitness. Rania is also deeply interested in health sciences, a field that fascinates her because of its impact on people’s well-being and quality of life. In her free time, she loves baking and experimenting with new recipes, finding joy in creativity and sharing her treats with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling with her family, an experience that has helped her appreciate different cultures, perspectives, and traditions. Through her academic interests, hobbies, and family experiences, Rania continues to grow as a motivated and well-rounded student eager to explore new opportunities and challenges.
Digital Designer: Sarina Ahmed Sarina Ahmed is a seventh-grade student with a strong passion for computers, design, and creative content creation. She enjoys exploring technology and expressing her ideas through digital design, demonstrating both creativity and technical curiosity at a young age. Sarina is also a dedicated cross-country runner, where she has learned discipline, perseverance, and the value of hard work. Beyond her academic and extracurricular interests, she is a caring older sister who deeply loves her little brother, a role that has strengthened her sense of responsibility and leadership. With her confidence, creativity, and drive, Sarina naturally gives off CEO energy and embodies the mindset of a young entrepreneur, always thinking ahead and looking for new ways to turn ideas into reality.
